Current thoughts on Venice Card?

I found a couple old threads that mention the Venice Card, but not much current.

We bought these cards a couple years ago, and found them fairly useful, especially the ability to just hop on and off transporation, which can add up quickly otherwise. We also stopped into a number of museums that we might have otherwise passed up since admissions can add up quickly.

I was just checking online, and the prices seem to have gone up quite a bit, and they now only offer options for 12 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. I might be wrong, but I think we bought one for 4 or 5 days last time.

The prices for the 7 day Blue cards - transporation and museum discounts -are:

EU53.90 without the airport transport
EU76.90 with the airport transport

For the orange card - transporation and museum admission - they want:

EU79.90 without the airport transport
EU102.90 with the airport transport

(these prices include the online discount)

While I think the scope has increased slightly - we bought separate "Chorus" church passes last time and now they're included, this just seems to me like prices have gone up a lot.

Thoughts on the value, especially for someone who'll be there for 5 days?
