Hi all,
I booked 3 round trips tickets last year and completed them in January. However, as of now I still don't see any online booking bonus so I called in. I was told that UA's management has changed and that the online booking promo code has been removed from all members. They will be put back once the management change's complete but no guarantee on the 1000 booking bonus.

Does anyone know if it's true or the MP agent is just bs-ing?

If it's true then this is pretty stupid!
