This arrogant attitude is one of the MANY reasons I have taken my $$ elsewhere. Why should a g/a go "above and beyond" to assist any pax who travels on US every week???? I guess this post is remarkably true..they shouldnt..and DONT!
I was told that CP's would get an u/g on paid fares before PP,G,S, but they don't!
I was told baggage was getting better in PHL...its NOT!
I was told US would be making enhancements to the FF program...they DE-VALUED it instead.....
Bring back the OLD US!
