Staff can be indifferent. But the hotel is a great retreat. Highly recommend a rental car. Near El Junque. Decent rooms, great views, nice beach, good club lounge. As a platinum, you will get an ocean view room. Good shot at a suite, some of which are huge. Honestly, unless you need to be carried on a silver platter and want someone to remember your name each time they see you, you will be pleased with the property. It is a solid resort -- just not the Four Seasons.
