Something is screwy with YYZ-BCN flights. I booked one on points recently and the website could not handle it. Called in and the agent took > 1 hour to book it. She first was under the impression that itw as unavailable but I guided her through everything, gave her flight numbers, and said "I want that". We never found out what the problem was but something was very clearly not right.
