It's only a benefit if it's specifically "identified with a Star Alliance Gold lounge sign". According to
http://www.staralliance.com/en/trave...s/lounges.html, the only LH lounges that qualify are
- Senator Lounge
- Business Lounge
- Frequent Traveller Lounge
I don't see First Class Lounge on that list. (Though, interestingly, the United First Class Lounge
is.)
