I like the Koloa Fish Market, although I also heard that Fish Express is better, or at least has more variety. The problem for me is getting to Fish Express when it's open.

Koloa FM is poke paradise - they also make delicious meat dishes. One very rainy night, we loaded up on a variety of poke to take back and enjoy on the lanai picnic style....delicious.
