Waimea Brewing Company - Good food, but TERRIBLE beer (IMHO). I should have picked this up when I saw some locals drinking Heineken there.

Also, I second Gaylord's for some fantastic steaks, among other things. It's pricey, but worth it. Make sure they don't seat you too close to the kitchen though, people get bumped there.
