Booked a stay at the Rome Hilton for June 3 arrival.
Received email today from HHonors regarding my "upcoming HHonors stay on March 6."
Instead of arriving June 3 and leaving June 4, the email has me arriving March 6 and leaving April 6!!!

I emailed HHonors about it, but I'm not sure what else I should do (short of calling the hotel in Rome?). I just don't want to get charged for noshow and then have to resolve it and so on...
Has this ever happen to you?
Is it possible that either you or the hotel is using the european convention of showing the day and then the month (3/6/2007 = 3 June 2007) and (4/6/2007= 4 June 2007) rather than the american convention of month, day, year (3/6/2007 = March 6, 2007) and (4/6/2007 = April 7, 2007)??
