mmmmm - while I am not looking gift TPs (not much use, already above Gold, still below GUF2 as I came to Tokyo this week with the bearded one... argghh ) and miles in the mouth, my self and Mrs Rotorhead only received compensation for our outward flights - I guess because our returns were after the strike period. But we still had to rebook the whole thing (flights to St Lucia are not thick on the ground even when the beach fleet condescends to be servicable), so its a bit galling to only be 50% compensated.... (however must add that BAEC folk did an absolute sterling job ^ ^ on the rebooking front: they were obviously under a lot of stress and abuse, but the lady phoned me back - having remembered my name and where I was going and searched their systems for my contact details - when the commercial chaps allowed them to rebook more than 3 weeks after the original dates)
