I had a NW flight with NW metal connecting to CO metal and could not check in online or at kiosk. Had to check in at counter. Fortunately no line! They only gave me the NW boarding pass and I had to procure a CO boarding pass at the connecting hub. All went smoothly but again there were no lines.
