Booked a stay at the Rome Hilton for June 3 arrival.
Received email today from HHonors regarding my "upcoming HHonors stay on March 6."
Instead of arriving June 3 and leaving June 4, the email has me arriving March 6 and leaving April 6!!!
I checked my reservation online, and it's still saying June 3-4.
I'm sure it's just a transposition error, but you'd think that this wouldn't happen this day and age...
I emailed HHonors about it, but I'm not sure what else I should do (short of calling the hotel in Rome?). I just don't want to get charged for noshow and then have to resolve it and so on...
Has this ever happen to you?
