I had a guy yesterday who had his 2 year old daughter on his shoulders. He was just about to board the plane and I put my hands up and said, "stop!". He didn't listen and he didn't duck. The little girl's head didn't clear the door frame and she almost fell off of her dad's shoulders.

It was pretty ugly so I went back to get their information and the parents got really upset with us. They didn't want us to fill out a report. I hope they were embarassed for their obvious stupidity.
