I was one of those stuck in the JetBlue fiasco recently. I could not get to anyone from JB on the phone. I only had my cell phone that does have Internet access, but JB does not have a mobile version of their web site.

Thankfully, someone had told me about http://mobile.flightstats.com. It provided me info on my JB flight, allowing me to avoid showing up up at the airport only to be told my flight was delayed 4 hours.
