Ok I'm confused

I've stayed twice at a amerisuites which is becoming a hyatt place and because of the double stay benefits, now have 4 stays listed. Yet I've heard nothing from Hyatt about getting a Platinum extra certificate which is supposed to come after 3 stays.

am i entitled to one if i got the three stays, no matter how i got them?
