It's plenty long enough. Itin as shown actually has 2:10. That's plenty of time to make the connection.
A similar flight plan is available taking Air France from BCN --> CDG with same timeframe. Any advice on which airport is easier to navigate for connecting flights?
As horrible as LHR can be, CDG is usually worse.

If you go the LHR route and if you're flying AA J or better, then when you're making the connection visually check the length of the queue at Flight Connections. If it's a long queue, you're usually better off to exit to the outside world, then come back in through Terminal 3 "Fasttrack" security.
