With no checked luggage three hours is more than enough. With checked bags it could be tight but should still be fine. You have about an hour of padding in the schedule, any more than an hour late arrival and you will have problems.

You didn't mention time of day. If it's between 4-7pm on a weekday you should still be nervous. Nearly any other time of day should be OK if not ideal.
