Exactly!

So frustrating. You'd think that some frequent stay program would get smart and try to attract folks like me. When all other things are pretty much equal (convenient location, price), I'll stay with the company that will make MY stay a bit more pleasant. While convenience and price will sometimes stand in the way of loyalty, I could easily buy over 150 room nights each year from the chain that would go just a little bit out of its way to woo me. Heck, if they made it really nice, I might break 200 nights with them.

Do you think they simply haven't considered that there are folks like me out there, or are our numbers too small to warrant making an effort to gain our loyalty?
