You're entitled to that opinion (although I disagree) but even if true, I don't understand what make-up, or the lack of it, has do with the ability to do the job or provide quality service. Afaik male FAs don't wear make-up.
Quite the opposite, I actually prefer natural beauty. However, given their age, I have to be honest, I wasn't glad to be served by someone that looks older than my grandma, especially when she didn't have my grandma's (or any of her friends') hospitality or sense of caring. In this particular case, I believe makeup is the easiest way to overcome at least the looks aspect.


Guess I need to start a thread complaining that male AA FAs aren't all tall, dark, and handsome like the FAs on other airlines.
Regardling male FAs, the equivalent comparison would be male FAs that are unshaven on the flight, and yes that would make them look rather messy unless its well trimmed and cared for.
