Asian Airlines somehow do not seem to be required to follow the model imposed by unions on United States airlines - that the worst FAs are allowed to fly the most lucrative flights, and feel that they are fireproof no matter what their conduct. If any of us knew how to change that, we would do it, and I suspect that if AA knew, they would change it pretty fast also.
My travel is mostly to the middle east, on RJ actually, so I'm glad that I'll be able to book my codeshares and happily get the best of both worlds starting this summer. As for AA Int'l travel, I've never experienced this poor a service on my trips to south america or europe. This was really very much an exception, and I posted because it was so eye opening that I really wanted to see if it was this particular route, other routes, or just me
