i just called wells fargo and asked about the 0%. the agent told me the card is still offered and still has 0% but is by invitation only. if you have an account with wells fargo you can ask your banker to help you get an application. it's called "the prime rewards signature visa card." it is well worth the trouble to obtain if you have an account at wf and travel internationally. in addition to the 0% forex and exceptional customer service the card gives double points for all t&e expenses which means you can effectively earn 2.4% cash back on your purchases. mine came with a high (100k) credit limit and 0% interest for all purchases and balance transfers for 1 year. the link to the rewards catalogue is in one of my earlier posts in this forum.
