One very nice, likeable couple (and cute as heck) has already expressed interest in the rental house.

I will have to find out if they will rent to us if we do not fill the hotel. (Remember, there are still one or two rooms left in the hotel!)

Also, remember the caveat: the bedrooms do not have individual locks so you must trust your roomates. Good idea to post here or the Community thread if you want to ask for other interested parties. Or just arrange it off here an lemme know!
