Are you saying that safety-related maintenance items are being "pencil-whipped"? Or comfort-related items, e.g. overhead lights?
If the former, I would agree that maintenance is no longer "legendary." In fact, I'd want to know a lot more about what exactly is going wrong.
But if the latter, I think the question is still unanswered...is their "real" maintenance still legendary?
