Empower was good- I have a travel one which has car type one (like AA have) and an empower which goes onto that.

Maybe they have used a US plug as it is a lower voltage. Then they cant be blamed when stupid people blow up their 110v gear by plugging it into a 220/240 socket with no transformer- only a socket adaptor (just like the ex GF- American- did in Barcelona with her hair drier despite me warning her it needed a transformer...)

p.s- not implying that Americans are stupid...just using her stupidity as an example. ......
Americans aren't stupid, they're ignorant. And they're ignorant because they're (well, we're) too fat and happy to have to care about much of anything else. Speak foreign languages? Why? Foreign policy? Well, I guess, but why?

Drives me crazy, I get out of the country as much as I can, and I avoid the "flyover states" like the plague.
