I cannot think of (1) time out of the 500+ domestic Worldperk elite upgrades that I have not been offered and served a beverage.

NWA runs a good airline and has been improving in technology (e-checkin, Worldperk specials/account information, website promotions, luggage tracking, e- ticket reservation tracking, etc)

Rather than take a negative opinion of Northwest, why don't you give them a fair chance. It's really a great airline.
