Is this new? In yr previous trip report on 4/Feb, airport service fee was not included yet. It would be more convenience if they do so.

Yes, I thought that was strange too. When we checked in in BKK, I asked about paying the airport service fee, but was told it was already included.

I suspect the situation re 4 Feb, was that as I was transitting, my ticket just showed BKK as a layover (i.e. staying within the airport) therefore the service fee wasn't included.
