I just arrived from a trip to CHC with Jet Star (JetFlex). Of course, there is no direct flight between HBA and CHC so I had the following itinerary:

JQ72 (HBA-SYD)
JQ411 (SYD-CHC)
JQ406 (CHC-MEL)
JQ31 (MEL-HBA)

I had to collect my baggage and recheck-in both in SYD and MEL.

However, once I am back in HBA I have checked my points/SC activity and it states this:

JQ411 (HBA-CHC) - 40 SC
JQ406 (CHC-HBA) - 40 SC

That is, less points and less SC than I expected.

Someone understands why?

Anyway I will complain to the FF customer service
