Thanks to SLF for some good updates for greater precision to the actual building on a handful of properties. I've just generated new Google Earth mapping files and added them to the website with SLF's changes and a number of my own minor precision improvements.

I've also added about 28 or so additional Starwood properties that are either in the SVO inventory (such as Broadway Plantation and Kierland Villas), do not participate in SPG for other reasons (such as the Sheraton Casino in Tunica and a few Le Meridien properties), or are new hotels that are still in the works such as the following...

The list above probably includes a number of locations that most FT folks have never pinpointed before. If they don't have a SPG category (and most properties don't until they start taking reservations), then they are in Category 0 in my database.

A near-future enhancement will be for me to include a comment about the precision of each placemark's location. Most US properties were initially mapped using the street address, so many point to a location on the street rather than directly at a specific building. Nearly half of the properties have now been verified to point directly at the hotel property, though.

Think that I'm close to having them all? Well, I think that I have all of the properties that are currently participating in SPG, but this is clearly a quickly moving target. I still have a long list of others that includes many more properties that are in SVO, do not participate in SPG, or are on the future schedule.
