Quick question..

I am trying to book NYC-AMS-JNB and using NW website (as well as NW Japan website), it looks as if most realistic option is to pay $3,000 for 'full' economy ticket (versus $7,000 for business ticket) and then upgrade with 60,000 miles.

Does anybody know if the availability shown for upgrades on NW website (for Worldperks members) is identical to availability for CO OnePass members (using OnePass miles)?
