Taking a negative stance like the above leaves one to miss out on many 'natural' supplements, that are scientifically effective to enhancing the body biochemistry in dealing with unnatural activities like flying, diseases of aging, viruses, etc, etc.
Not sure if you are referring to my statement, but I'll assume you did.
I didn't say 'natural' supplements are bad. I simply cannot hear the "it's natural, therefore it must be good/harmless..." phrase. There is no logical connection between the two halves of that phrase. Something can be natural and harmless. Or natural and effective. Or natural and deadly. Equally, something can be artificial and harmless, effective or deadly.
Believing that "natural == no side effects" has proven to be very dangerous, for example in the recent incidents with a certain Chinese natural herbal diet supplement.
