Well, since Southwest is the only airline that I have found that flies from Baltimore to California (we are in the bay area, but just booked a flight for her for a wedding in San Diego) nonstop, they are definitely my airline of choice for that trip. We flew Northwest at Christmas with a layover in Minneapolis, and what a pain and a LONG flight. Have never had any problems with Southwest. Would just like to know how accommodating Citi is for the Wish List flights (ie Southwest, Jet Blue). Thanks!
