I don't see why not as I had done it before, I had a U.S. issued AMEX but later on I told them I need to travel to Asia so most of my business will be done in Asia, AMEX was willing to help me to change the address to another countries.
Oh, there is no problem in changing the address. I need a secondary address. If I change the address to a US one, that means, I won't be able to make Internet purchases here in the UK. I need to have both UK & US addresses in the system. If you know of a way, please let me know. Thanks
