Silversea definitely does course by course in cabin, with the addition of La Salletta Restaurant on two of their ships, which is just incredible.

Again, having sailed all 3 - Crystal, SB & SS, I still give it to SS overall - best suites, no nickel & diming (as on Crystal) & very good food.
