I've been through the threads explaining how to interpret Galileo, but do not see the answer to my question. Here is a flight I have next June:

1 DTW LGW 2135#1005 NW 32 J4 C0 Z0 YC BC MC HC QC VC D10*C

I know what the the letters mean and I know what the "4" and "0"s means after the letters, but what do the "C"s mean? Does this say that there are 10 award WBC seats available?

I have 4 standard award seats booked on this flight already (booked 352 days in advance) but never once saw a WBC available. I'd still like to try to get us up there. Any suggestions?!?
