I noticed that there exists at least a couple different varieties of Global Assist. There's regular, garden-variety Global Assist (offered on low-fee and no-fee cards) and something called "Global Assist Plus" which adds a couple of specific benefits. I wonder, though, having never used either, if the actual quality of service of the Plus version is any better than that of the regular kind?
