The IC Bali is great - for a special experience (such as a honeymoon) it's worth booking a Club Room, which includes airport pickup. Not sure how your status will affect their booking (though I guess you can hope). It would be worth contacting the IC Bali though if you book there and explaining it's for a honeymoon - I'm sure they'd take care of your sister (the service, especially on the club side of things, is great).
