What I find really funny is how AC is "unsure" about the situation. Surely, an airline of this magnitude and caliber should have a procedure somewhere in an operations manual about a not so unpredictable situation like this! And it's not it happened in a small regional airport! This is the star airport of Canada, YYZ!
As usual, I doubt anyone will take responsibility.
