I first emailed the hotel IC Citystars (6 nights, Cairo during very high season, easter holidays) i asked the hotel if they could upgrade us in advance, but only to 1 king business suite.. for 3 people as RA I was not happy with that and they told me they arent allowed to upgrade me to 1 bedroom residence apartment. Then i phoned Ambassador Service and after an hour they sent me an email stating that i had been upgraded to 1 bedroom residence apartment suite^

So does Ambassador Service help center control much more than hotel??
