I believe you were technically entitled to the tag, as a Star Gold customer, but you won't automatically get one if that isn't in your PNR. Did he still refuse once you showed him your SAS card?
I showed him my SAS card and asked him nicely.
Sorry sir was the reply. If you want to use your SAS card, only then can I put the priority tag on.
