I think on AA.COM My Reservations you do NOT get the E-Ticket, only itinerary and indication "Ticketed". You can view and print the E-Ticket on mytripandmore.com (worldspan user friendly site), but you need your worldspan Record Locator which is Different than AA Record Locator. I think you need to call AA to ask for worldspan record locator.
Note: All these "I think" because I didnt do it for a long time.
