My bride and I are recentley CO silver and have an upcoming flight on NW...
Is there a way I can check on NWA.com to make sure it refects us as Elite - for a possible upgrade?
I know the systems sometimes have conficts because name doesn't mach exactley.
I have already made the call to NW to re-enter both of our FF#'s.
