The only way I know to receive another copy of an e-ticket is to contact AA and request that one be sent.
Somewhere in the foggy recesses of my brain I seem to remember reading here about a charge (or a proposed charge) for that service. Or at least I think I seem to remember reading about it.
The only fee of that type I know of is if you do it at a counter such as the Manhattan Air Terminal.
