Liz,

I've been wondering.... do the complements and GTEM's do anything for you guys? Seriously now... I'd like to know once and for all (and having been on your flights a couple of times, I'm sure you've received a few... so don't be modest). I had heard they don't do much, so I took to carying a supply of Starbucks cards loaded with $10 each so I can hand them out to the FA's, GA's, Cockpit crews, etc that I think have gone the extra mile or have just brightened my day so I can have a direct and immediate impact, but I want to make sure I shouldn't be doing the complements and GTEMS as well!

As a side note, and this may spoil my reputation, but I actually gave one of my starbucks cards to a TSA agent at ATL Terminal T's security line last week... he was brightening EVERYONE's day, and while he needed no more caffene... he deserved the pat on the back! Kudos to him for making everyone smile!

Cheers,
D.
