Exactly. I'm also not sure what the connector into a Dell desktop or notebook power brick looks like, which is why I suggested making sure to eyeball the connectors in question before buying, or order from a web site that's very specific about what's OK. Personally, I've always been able to scrounge power cords on arrival from whomever I happen to be working for and/or visiting.
