Never paid attention to where they've got them. But I have some that tasted as if it were freshly cooked and at other times tasted like ones that have been inside the can for ages just thrown into the microwave for heating. Yes, I also like the MLL soups, though they are a tad salty. My guess, based on the texture of the carrots and some mealiness in the base, is that they include dehydrated vegetables so probably are made from a dehydrated soup mix just added to water.
