Charged for a missed stay, do I get the pts?
Hi All,

I somehow overbooked/overlapped a few nights at the HIEX in Manhattan...nonetheless I am being charged for the stay due to non-cancelation (ironically I was staying there but on another reservation I had for the same days)....Do I get the EQP's and EQM's for both the actual stay and the unused but charged stay?
