I'm probably heading to London for an extended period and am looking for some info on power conversion. Obvisouly I could use a plug adapter and be fine, but I'm looking for more of a permanent solution that is a little safer as well.

Basically I'm interested in my laptop and my desktop computers, both Dells. Is it possible to just change the power cords for my desktop box, monitor and my laptop? I've seen this done for laptops without a problem, more concerned with the desktop and monitor? The laptop is 5+ years old Lattitude while the desk top is an Inspiron 2 years old.

and if so can I just call Dell and order these items? If you had a price range that too would be helpful.
