I would say about 75% of the time the preferences are followed in my experience... the funniest occasion was just last weekend in Marriott New York East Side, somehow ended up with no less than 10 feather pillows! Was almost comical as we left the room twice and on each occasion another two pillows had appeared on our return! Then later on a little fridge!
