You didn't specifically ask this -- but I find a seat near a power plug and sit down and watch movies on my computer while in NRT.
In terms of food - I have found their "food court" to be pitiful.
The ANA *G lounge has internet access, power plugs and a nice selection of sandwiches, sushi & a choice of hot noodles. Gratis.
