I would like to say the 24 hour hold affects much more than a small group of individuals, not so much for spur of the moment trips, but overall, although I took one this past weekend, spur of the moment- thanks to the hold. Sure, I had to utilize an AS50 and purchase Y, but if the fare hold for bargain goes, (and it did), what is preventing AS from eliminating this from other fares. Sure, some may be "refundable", but what a hassle.
AS sure is impairing the consumers ability, and as a consumer, I don't like it!
